These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the BabbleDeck Math ("App") provided by samadhiBot, inc. (“we”, “us”, “our”).

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download or use the App.

License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the App on your device.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the App and its content belong to us or our licensor(s). The App is licensed, not sold, to you, and you have no rights in it other than to use it in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions

You must not:

• Use the App in any unlawful manner or in any manner that could damage, disable, harm, or overburden it;
• Use, copy, modify, adapt, translate, or make derivative works based on the App, either fully or partially;
• Distribute, sell, resell, lend, loan, lease, license, sub-license or transfer any rights in the App to anyone else, or rent, lease or sublicense the App to any third party.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. While we will provide notice of material changes, it is your responsibility to review the updated Terms.

Termination

We may terminate your access to and use of the App at any time, without warning, in the event that you breach these Terms.
